Consultant to Design/Build Contractor to assist with LEED documentation for the Recruitment Center and Vehicle Maintenance Building.  Coordinate contractor submittals and LEED credits to obtain a USGBC-LEED Silver rating.  Review and document air barrier requirements, blower door testing and thermal imaging.
