Plattsburgh International Airport
Pen named 'Quebec's US Airport', the new 32,000 sf airport terminal is located at the former Plattsburgh Air Force base. As the senior project architect for C&S Companies, I was responsible for the design and project team coordination. The building exterior stone and brick capture the essence of the original Air Base structures.

Located in Oswego County, NY, this 3,200 sf
residence was constructed in 2016. The two story residence has a first floor master suite and an open floor plan. Three bedrooms are located on the second level. The basement is constructed with Superior Walls precast concrete wall system. A radiant heating system is installed in the basement as well as the garage floor.

Syracuse Airport Fire Station
As senior project architect for C&S Companies, I was responsible for the design and project team coordination for the new modernized airport fire station. Involvement included reviewing the need for a satellite or new centrally located ARFF facility and the impact of its location on both the current and future runways.
Located among the poplar trees along the Missouri river, this 3,600 sf. upscale residence blends with the natural surroundings, presenting dramatic views to the river while maintaining privacy.
Located at the end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood, this two story 4-bedroom cape cod style residence provides a style of elegance with formal interior spaces. The area above the garage is accessible and provides space for both storage and a workshop.
The sketch show the conceptual design for a one and two story office condominium complex. The symmetrical design and colonial style façade create a visual and inviting entrance.
This conceptual design provides a unique layout for the owners. The sweeping curves of the main house are accented by the linear triangle portion containing the bedroom suites. The living room and master bedroom open onto the east terrace and capture the early morning east sun.
Solar Powered Comfort Station
Build in 1979 at Lake Sakakawea State Park this energy efficient structure was one of the first to provide a combination of solar power heating, a waterless waste system. Exposure to the north is minimized by providing an earth berm.
As an architecture intern, I worked on the design under Jiran Architects in Bismarck, ND.
Located west of Cazenovia, NY, this 3,356 sf. two story residence is currently under construction. It is situated on a hillside with dramatic views to the west while maintaining privacy. The residence is energy efficient and utilizes a combination of both solar and thermal energy for heating.
