Located in Oswego County, NY, this 3,200 sf. residence has a first floor master suite and open floor plan. Three bedrooms are located on the second floor. The basement foundation is constructed using Superior Precast wall/insulation system.
An in-floor radiant heating system is installed in the basement as well as the garage.

Thomas Residence
The conceptual design provides a unique layout for the Owner. The sweeping curves of the main house are accented by the linear triangle portion containing the bedroom suites.
The living room and master bedroom open onto the east terrace to capture the early morning sun.

The security driveway barrier prevents unauthorized access to the private residence. The gate design provides curb appeal, security, and an increase in property value.
The design includes eight masonry pillars with wrought iron fencing and a single slide gate which is powred by a solar energy system.
